Eligibility & Standards
- Age: 21–40
- Height: ≥ 5'7"
- Eyesight: 6×6 (with/without correction)
- Physique: Fit & deployment-ready
- Education: Minimum matriculation
- Language: English + local language (read/write/speak)
- Clean criminal background (BGC verified)
- Experience preferred (ex-Army/Police/Home Guards)
- Documents: ID, address, bank/ESI/PF, photos
- Medical & fitness clearance
- Willingness for night shifts & emergency duties
Training Curriculum
Basic (Classroom)
- Service conditions, uniforms & equipment
- Code of conduct & customer courtesy
- Drill, fire-fighting & first-aid basics
- Gate duties, documentation, telephone manners
- VIP escorting, frisking, hygiene, traffic control
On-the-Job (Practical)
- Control of men & materials; passes & ID checks
- Liaison with police/fire; phone & wireless etiquette
- Patrolling; theft & pilferage prevention
- Emergency response & crowd management
- Incident logging & escalation
Site-Specific & Refresher
- Operation of lifts, generators, ATMs, machines
- Housekeeping duties & event traffic control
- Refresher: 2-day within six months
- Documentation: muster, occurrence, reports, registers
- EHS & evacuation drills with QRT
Rollout & Assessment
Phase 01
Induction
Joining, document verification, kit issue, grooming.
Phase 02
Classroom
SOPs, registers, legal & customer handling.
Phase 03
Practical
Post-wise OJT, patrols, mock drills, fire safety.
Phase 04
Assessment
Written + practical test, deployment approval.
Regular inspections by supervisors/managers and surprise checks ensure standards.
